We offer a worldwide order service  to all our customers for less through our ORDER & COLLECT services .You can surf the web and order any product of your choice from any part of the world, and we will deliver it for you to collect  from our store. Terms and Conditions Apply.

Returning an Item

 It is ok to change your mind.Your uwanted item  must be returned within 7days of purchase  and  with your original receipt as a proof of purchase. This does not affect your status right                  

  Items must:

1 . Be unused and in their original saleable condition (including all labels and tags intact)

2 . Not contain personal data or have been manufacturer-registered (for phones, tablets, computers, etc)

3  . There are some items that we can’t return or exchange unless faulty. Read our return policy to find out more

Exchange

We only offer exchange, we do not offer cash/card  or tansfer refund.

Please contact us and we’ll try to resolve your issue. If you bought the item in-store or  online, please have your order or product number ready, if you have one.
